Rates and general conditions

Seasons

• Low season: November 1st to March 31st
• Medium season: April 1st to June 30th; September 11th to October 15th
• High season 1: July 1st to July 31st and August 21st to September 10th
• High season 2: August 1st to August 20th

Additional remarks

• Rates in EUR, per night, per room/apartment, with breakfast included
• Christmas and New Year's: medium season rates
• Easter: medium season rates
• Apartments: maximum capacity for 4 people
• Extra bed: 15,00 € per night, in the low season; 32,00 € per night in the remaining seasons.

How to confirm a reservation?

• In order to confirm a reservation it's required a refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay amount.
• A single night reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the stay amount.
• Deposits can be made through bank transfer or credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted).

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation of reservations will only be accepted if received with a minimum lead time of 30 days in High Season and 10 days in Medium/Low Season. If the cancellation takes place within these periods, the deposit will not be returned. Please note that cancellation costs are not of our responsibility.
• Cancellation of a reservation on the arrival day or a "no show" situation implies the payment of one night.
