Accommodation: double bedrooms
Each double bed room has its own private bathroom and is equipped with:
- » telephone,
- » television set,
- » central heating.
Internet access is possible through the phone line; some rooms have wireless internet access.
Bedrooms with one one or two beds are available; some of the rooms allow the placement of one extra bed or baby cot.
Each room has a direct connection to the outside, through a terrace or balcony, with a scenic and enchanting view of the garden and mountains... only meters away from the swimming pool.

Breakfast
The breakfast, which is included in the room rate, can be served in any of several locations within the guesthouse complex: in the bed rooms; in the conservatory; outside on the main terrace or by the swimming pool, while enjoying the magnificent view of Sintra and its Mountains.
The bread we serve is the cornerstone of this meal!
Baked by traditional methods, on a wood stove, it is served along with tea, cooffe, home made cakes, jam as well as other surprises...
Off the main house, surrounded by the picturesque gardens and accessible through the main terrace, is the conservatory room.
This room has a capacity for 25 people, and is ideal for lunches, dinners or meetings.
